To become a qualifier for the grand prize, listen to KLAX-FM daily during the contest period for the station to announce that contest period designated “Keyword.” Next, text that “keyword” to the number 43902 to be entered into that contest’s drawing. Entrants have until the end of that specific contest period to submit their contest entry for that contest. There is no limit to the number of times a listener can send the keyword to participate, but only one entry per number, per contest period will be accepted.
Daily Contest Period
Contest #1 – keyword announced between 6am-7:59am – entry period 6am-7:59am – winner call may take place and be announced between 8am- 9:59am.
Contest #2 – keyword announced between 10am-10:59m – entry period 10am – 10:59am – winner call may take place and be announced between 11am- 3pm.
Contest #3 – keyword announced between 3pm -4pm– entry period 3pm – 4pm – winner call may take place and be announced between 4pm- 7pm.
Contest #4 – keyword announced between 7pm-8pm – entry period 7pm – 8pm – winner call may take place and be announced between 8pm- 11pm.
After each entry period, a number will be randomly selected and called for that contest:
Participant must be available during those call times and answer the call. If the Participant does not answer upon first try, that Participant will be disqualified and station reserves the right to select a new Participant to call, repeating that process until a Participant answers and the qualifier is declared. The station also reserves the right to select a qualifier and notify them off-air if they are the winner.
All station decisions are final. All times are approximate.
In the event a winner is notified they are a qualifier on-air, winner responses may be recorded for use on-air and in promotion of the contest on KLAX.
At the time of their call, Participants will be required to provide all information requested including their full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers and date of birth and e-mail address in order to be eligible to win.
In the event that the selected Participant is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, KLAX reserves the right to select a new participant.

There will be approximately 40 qualifiers during this contest. Once we have all qualifiers, all qualifiers will be called to verify they have all proper travel documents and will be advised that they must answer their phone the next day at any time between the hours of 6am-11:59pm should they be the winner. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next person selected at random will be contacted and upon confirmation of eligibility will be deemed the winner. One (1) grand prize winner will be drawn at random from all qualifiers and be declared the grand prize winner.
If a qualifier answers and meet all requirements, they will be deemed the winner. In the event a winner is notified they are the winner on-air, winner responses may be recorded for use on-air and in promotion of the contest on KLAX.

Once the winner has been confirmed, SBS will take all winner info which will then be provided to Disney.
It is the winner’s responsibility to make sure that they provide all accurate information to SBS (including email) and it is also the winners responsibility to respond to any communications from Disney regarding the prize in required timeframe.
Winners must have proper travel documents to travel from Southern California to Hawaii.
One (1) Prize Winner will receive one Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa (“Vacation Package”) from Disney Destinations, LLC (“Disney”).
Vacation Package: Providing winner with one (1) vacation package (the “Vacation Package”) for the winner and up to three (3) Guests for four (4) consecutive nights at the Premises to be awarded by SBS solely to the winner of the Promotion of which vacation package will consist of the following:

Travel and lodging for the Vacation Package awarded by Promoter must be completed prior to June 15, 2025. The winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” and together with the winner, the “Group”) must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the same Departure Airport/Arrival Airport, as chosen by Disney.
- Vacation Package fulfillment and travel are subject to certain restrictions, air travel/flight availability, and certain hotel/room availability at the Premises. The Vacation Package must be booked through a travel agent as designated by Disney at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Block-out dates apply. No extensions will be granted. Certain travel and lodging restrictions apply including airline carrier’s regulations and conditions. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Promoter and Disney are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay.
- Winners must be at least the age of majority pursuant to his/her applicable state of residence to enter and win. A Guest under the age of majority must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of majority and both will be deemed Guests of the winner (unless the winner is the Guest’s parent or legal guardian). Once selected by winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason.
- Vacation Package and its components may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Disney’s sole and absolute discretion.
- The Vacation Package will not include the following: transportation from/to winner’s residence to/from Departure Airport, transportation to/from the Premises if winner resides on the island of Oahu, airport
departure fees, baggage fees; insurance (health, travel, medical); parking fees (unless stated otherwise); room service, laundry service, spa treatments; food or beverages; merchandise, souvenirs;
incidental expenses; local or long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges; or any taxes; or any other charges not explicitly included herein.
The Vacation Package will not include the following: transportation from/to winner’s residence to/from Departure Airport, transportation to/from the Premises if winner resides on the island of Oahu, airport

All elements of the Vacation Package must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Vacation Package. Any portion of the Vacation Package not accepted or used by winner will be forfeited.

- A winner may not charge any Guest for participating in the prize. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Promoter or Disney.
- The winner and his/her Guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued identification and/or passports, as applicable.
- The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.
- If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner.

Failure to return the executed release form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package. - Any damaged, lost or stolen travel vouchers or gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer.
- There may be specific instructions and requirements for all visitors to Hawaii, which may include mandated quarantine or pre-travel testing. The winner and his/her Guests are solely responsible at their own cost for staying updated on and complying with any of the latest advisories, restrictions and travel alerts that may be in place for travel to Hawaii leading up to the planned stay. State requirements are subject to change.
- The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of hotel rates and airfares. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual cost of the/each Vacation Package will not be awarded.
- Federal, state and local taxes relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner and Promoter will issue all tax forms including a 1099 form to the winner.
- Promoter is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
- Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, or prize-related activity including travel, the Promotion or the Sweepstakes.
- In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements containedAll disputes arising out of or relating to any prize provided by Disney shall be resolved by applying the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, California.
